How much is delivery?
Delivery is usually FREE for any orders over £20, to any UK mainland address
Do you deliver to non-mainland UK addresses?
Yes, delivery to non-mainland UK addresses is available at extra cost. Please e-mail us for a price.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, Saturday morning deliveries are available at an additional cost, please contact us for more information
Will someone need to be in to sign for the bike/bikes?
Yes, the delivery driver will need a signature for the goods.
What if no one is available to sign for the goods?
The delivery driver will attempt to re-deliver the goods the next working day. A card may be left to inform you of this.
What happens if there is still no one in after the second delivery attempt?
A card is usually left by the delivery driver to inform you that the goods have been taken back to your nearest depot for collection.
Will I be informed prior to delivery of the estimated delivery date?
Yes, we will inform you by email of the estimated delivery date.
Do I need to assemble my new bike?
All bicycles are between 75% and 95% built already, so only a minimal amount of time and effort is needed to complete the final assembly. A knowledge of bikes is required, and adjustments will need to be made.
Do all your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our bikes are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty of at least 1 year.
